Hi, I'm Anna, and I love helping make software more beautiful, accessible, and enjoyable. Currently, I'm part of the dynamic team at Red Hat, where my focus revolves around improve experiences for OpenShift managed infrastructure solutions, with a particular focus on the cluster manager platform.
Previously, I was at C Spire, where I focused on enhancing experiences across the spectrum — from optimizing online ecommerce solutions to refining systems and software used in retail stores and by support teams. Before that, I worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi as a Web & Digital Media Designer where I focused on improving experiences for various mobile applications, the company website, and other products and systems. The flagship mobile app I led the design on won a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in 2019. Before that, I worked at Mississippi College as a Graphic Designer where I led the design of multiple institutional publications including the campus literary magazine, campus newspaper and honors convocation and commencement programs. The Arrowhead, the campus literary magazine, won an award at The Southern Literary Festival in 2017.
I most recently graduated with an M.A. in Web Design and Development from the University of Florida. Before that, I received my B.S. in Graphic Design with a Marketing emphasis from Mississippi College.
I also picked up a certification from Baymard Institute as a “Certified E-Commerce UX Professional” — a completely invaluable research tool that I have used on an ongoing basis ever since.

But, I promise I’m not all work. I live just outside of Jackson, Mississippi with my husband and our beautiful daughter. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, drawing, reading, live music, baking, traveling and absorbing as much information about the universes of The Lord of the Rings and Taylor Swift as humanly possible.
